I’ve had this York weight bench for years—used it every day for home workouts, especially when I was doing strength training at home. It’s solid, the metal feels sturdy, and the adjustable angles (flat, incline, decline, 90 degrees) work really well. I’ve used it for squats, presses, and leg lifts. It’s not fancy, but it holds up well. I’m moving to Angus, Scotland, and it’s just sitting in the garage now. Still in good shape, no dents or major wear.
