Description

This is my 2022 Mercedes Sprinter race van – built on a solid chassis with a bit of a wild, off-road edge. It’s not flashy, but it’s got serious practicality and a bit of race van spirit. Only 11,543 miles on the clock, so it’s been used but not pushed too hard.

Inside, it’s set up for real living – 4 berths, including a fixed double bed over the garage (still in the original plastic wrap, never used), and a fold-down double bed for extra space. The driver and passenger seats swivel, giving you a nice open living area with a bit of room for eating and chatting. There’s an electric sliding door to the habitation section, which makes access easy.

The kitchen’s got a gas hob, 12v fridge/freezer, sink, and worktop – all unused. The washroom has a shower, sink, and toilet, and the shower has never been used. There’s a solar panel, reversing camera, front and rear parking sensors, and a gas-powered blow air heater – good for cold days.

I’ve got an Avtex TV, radio, and an awning with sides. Outside, there’s a 240v point and a TV point. All terrain tyres, solid setup for rough terrain. The van has a full V5, and I’ve kept everything in good order.

It’s parked in a large sports garage with aluminium checker plate walls and rubber flooring – very tough and keeps the van safe from the elements.

This van is more than just a transport thing – it’s a practical, rugged setup I use for weekend trips, weekend getaways, and just having a solid place to stay. It’s not a showpiece, but it’s got real use, real features, and feels like a proper race van.
