Heavy Duty Punch Bag with Numbered Zones

So, I’ve got this punch bag I picked up from Gallant Boxing Club — it’s been in my garage for a while now, mostly just sitting there getting dusted. I actually started using it a few times last year when I was doing some home workouts, and it’s been great for practicing footwork and hitting the right spots.

It’s free-standing with numbered zones (1 to 7) so you can train accuracy, not just power. The base has some tiny rust spots on the bolts — just cosmetic, doesn’t affect how stable it is at all. I’ve filled it with water before, and it’s solid. The bag actually detaches from the base, which makes it easy to store or move around if you ever want to take it out.

I’m not looking to sell it fast — it’s just something I’ve kept for a while and don’t use much anymore. It’s in good working order, used but not worn out. Collection only, and it’s in Johnstone, Renfrewshire. Price is £27, but I’m just passing it along because I’ve got a new one in the works.
