Gas central heating—bills, utilities, and council tax aren’t included, so you’ll need to cover those. It’s got central heating, but no garden, no parking, and no pets or smokers allowed. Also, no students, no kids, and it’s not ideal for families.

Available from the end of August 2025, and we’re looking for someone who’s going to stay for a while—long-term commitment, no short-term plans.
