Description

So, I’ve been driving this Ford EcoSport for a few years now, and honestly, it’s become one of my go-to cars. I bought it new in 2018, and it’s held up really well — no major issues, just regular maintenance and a few minor tweaks over the years.

It’s a 1.0T EcoBoost with 125ps, manual gearbox, and Euro 6 compliance — not flashy, but plenty of torque for the daily grind. The 16-inch alloy wheels (5-spoke magnetic) give it a sharp, sporty look without being too aggressive. I’ve never had a problem with handling, and it’s surprisingly stable on the road.

One thing I really like is the adjustable boot floor — you can shift the space around depending on what you’re carrying. Whether it’s groceries or a weekend trip, it’s flexible. And the rear seats fold and tumble 60-40, so it’s handy for carpooling or when you need more room.

Safety’s been solid too — full airbag suite, including curtain airbags, which I’ve never had to use but know gives peace of mind. The ESP with hill launch assist is actually pretty useful when driving on hills or in tricky weather. There’s also a good bit of tech — Ford SYNC3 with Apple Car Play and Android Auto, and the DAB radio works well. I’ve never needed to go to a store for a new device, so that’s a plus.

The fuel economy is decent — around 53.3mpg — and it only emits 119g/km CO2, so it’s not a huge environmental impact. I’ve had it for a while and still get good mileage, especially with regular use.

I’ve also got the EPAS steering, which makes it easier to handle in tight spaces — like parking or navigating narrow streets. The heated windscreen with washer jets is a nice touch in winter.

I’ve kept it clean, well-maintained, and I’ve never had any major repairs. It’s not a show car, but it’s reliable and practical. The interior is clean, the seats are comfortable, and it’s been a great daily driver.

It’s currently in Garvagh, Causeway Coast and Glens District, and I’m not looking to sell it fast — just someone who might find it useful and appreciate a solid, no-nonsense SUV.

If you’re interested, I’ll arrange a view — just give me a call. No need to come over if you’re far off, but I’ll be happy to talk through it.

Price is £8,095.50 — not a lot, especially considering it’s a reliable, well-used car with a solid warranty. I can show you the full list of features if you want.
