So, I’ve got this little studio flat in Great Yeldham, near grantown-on-spey in the Highlands — just a quick note, it’s not in the east of England anymore, so that’s a bit of a shift.

It’s a clean, tidy little place for someone living on their own — perfect for students or anyone needing a quiet spot. It’s 24 sqm, ground floor, with a front door you can actually use, and there’s a shared garden you can enjoy.

- Dining table and chairs
- Kitchenette: kettle, microwave, toaster/egg thing, fridge with freezer — crockery, cutlery, cookware all included
- Double bed with bed linen and two bedside cabinets
- Bathroom has a bath and shower, towels and toiletries

WiFi is secure and free — no charge. All bills are covered except electricity, which you’ll have to manage on your own.

Parking? Yes — one allocated spot in a private car park, no charge.

There’s also a laundry service and cleaning service if you need it.

It’s available from 17 August 2025, minimum stay is one month, max two people (couples welcome, but only if you’re okay with it). No pets, no smoking, not for families or kids.

The rent is £1,160 a month (about £267 a week), £200 deposit. Bills are included, so you don’t have to worry about the usual costs.
