Got this 2014 Delta Tranquility on a quiet site in Church-Stretton, Shropshire. It’s not an open plan — all the rooms have inner doors so you can close them off when needed. The kitchen has a separate dining area, and the living room has a wrap-around sofa that pulls out into a double bed — perfect for guests or when you’re just chilling.

There are two bedrooms inside: one twin and one big double with its own ensuite. The main bathroom is solid — full shower, sink, and toilet — and it’s all double glazed with gas central heating. Radiators in every room too, so it stays warm even in the colder months.

I’ve just had new carpets, lino, and a fresh wooden floor in the kitchen — it’s looking really tidy now. The van is 38ft long (12ft), and it’s been well looked after over the years.

The site is right next to all the local amenities, and there’s a private parking spot included. I’ve been renting it out for 7 weeks and that covers the site fees — which are £7,200. The pitch has 8 years left on it, so it’s still good value.
