Got this Mazda CX-5 from a family-run garage in east-boldon, Burnside — they’ve been trading since 1979 and I’ve actually known a few of the guys on the team for years. It’s a solid 2014 model with the 2.2 litre Skyactiv-D diesel, 4x4, and a full service history. The paint is blue, and it’s got that nice ivory leather interior — the seats are fully heated, and the driver’s seat has memory settings, power lumbar, and even power sliding for the passenger.

It’s not flashy, but it’s got loads of features: rear parking camera, front and rear parking sensors, cruise control, auto-dimming mirrors, and a 5.8-inch touchscreen with TomTom navigation. Bluetooth, USB, AUX, and even a Bose sound system — that’s a full audio package, including 9 speakers and a 6CD changer. The steering wheel has remote controls too.

I’ve used it for a few years now — great for the roads, reliable, and the tech works well. It’s got everything from heated seats to a pollen filter, and the cabin is quiet. The alloy wheels are silver, and there’s a ton of storage — cup holders, a front console box, and even a grab handle with coat hooks.

It came with a full HPI check and has a 3-month dealer warranty (standard on most of their used cars). I’ve been driving it regularly, and it’s held up well.
