KSR Moto TW 2018 11K Supermoto Project Bike 125CC
Description
So, I’ve got this 2018 KSR Moto TW – a solid 125cc supermoto project bike. It’s been in the garage for a bit, mostly sitting on the stand with the battery off, but it’s actually been running on the button with a battery. The motor’s got a good sound, not loud, just a smooth hum – like it’s happy to be alive.I’ve had it for a few years now, and it’s been mostly in storage, but I’ve actually ridden it a few times. The brakes are both fine, tyres are in decent shape – not perfect, but no big issues. The V5 is clear, keys are with it, and it’s got two owners from new.
Paint’s a bit patchy – definitely needs a bit of work, like the photos show. The engine’s been checked, and it runs well, but it’s not a daily driver. I’d say it needs a proper service, a battery swap, and a full check-over of the frame and suspension. Everything’s in good order, but it’s not roadworthy yet – no way it should be on the road until someone with experience checks it.
It’s not for someone looking for a ready-to-go bike. This one’s more for people who want to get into motorbike projects, or maybe just have a spare or two for when they’re doing their own work.
I’m based in Normanton, Altofts – so if you’re local or can make it out, I’d be happy to show it off. I’ve got a few pics, so you can see it properly.
If you’re thinking of buying it, I’d really recommend you don’t rush into it. You’ll need to do your own checks, and if you’re not comfortable with mechanics, it might not be the right fit.
I’ve had a few people ask about it, and a few have said they’re not sure if they’re ready for a project bike. So I’m just being honest – it’s got potential, but it’s not finished.
If you’re interested, just give me a call or message. I’ll send over a quote for delivery – it’s not too bad, especially for a project bike.
No warranty on this one – it’s a project, not a finished machine. And if you’re not happy with it after 14 days, you can return it in the same condition and get a full refund, minus the delivery cost (which is £1 per mile from Normanton).
I’ve kept it simple – no fluff, just what it is. If you’re into bikes and want to get hands-on with a project, this might be something you’ll enjoy.
Let me know if you’d like to see it in person or chat more. I’m always happy to talk through it.
