Uranium Glass Brandy Balloons

Description

These three matching brandy glasses are a bit of a curiosity – they’ve got that classic uranium glass shine, and when you tap them, each one makes a different, clear chime, like little bells. I found them in a box of old glassware back in Newport, Wales, and they’ve been sitting in my cupboard for years. The green glow under a UV torch is pretty cool, especially in the dark. They’re about 86mm wide and 112mm tall – not huge, but they look sharp and are in great shape. I don’t know exactly how old they are, but they’re definitely not from the modern era. I’m happy to post them to anywhere in the UK for £10, or just pick them up in Newport if you're local. Thought some might enjoy them – they’re a bit of a piece of history, really.
