Got this back in the day for my gym sessions – really helped with shoulders and back strength. Used it a lot when I was doing home workouts, and it actually did a good job of easing my back pain. Now I’m not using it much, so I’m passing it on. It’s from the Isle of Gigha, Raonmor – I’m just dropping it off there for pickup.
