My old Watkins Rapier 33 from the early 60s — still has that classic vibe, like something straight out of a vintage rock scene. The electrics and pickups are all original, which is a real treat. The body’s been refinished, so it looks smooth and clean now. I swapped out the pick guard and tremelo arm, plus the knobs — just enough to keep it playing well without messing with the soul of the guitar. It’s got a solid low action and a real wide range of tones, from smooth to punchy. Feels alive when you play it.
