Inside, it’s got an en-suite bathroom, a small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, kettle, and a study desk. There’s a proper wardrobe and nice lighting — warm white and blue LEDs, plus dimmer switches. The floor is laminate, and it’s all well-maintained.

The house has a front and rear garden, side access to the main entrance, and plenty of free parking. The heating is gas central, and internet’s fast — 200Mbps. Double glazing throughout too.

It’s fully furnished, so you can just walk in and get going. No pets, no kids, and not really for families. Smokers are okay, but it’s not ideal. Students are welcome to enquire — bills are included.

Available from 16 August 2025, with a 3-month minimum tenancy. Max of 6 people in total, so it’s not a huge space but it’s comfortable.
