So, I’ve been keeping this car for a few years now — it’s a 2023 Qashqai, the one with the 1.3 petrol engine and the 158bhp DiG-T, and it’s got the full Tekna trim. I’ve actually driven it every day for the last two years, so I know every little thing about it — it’s been a solid daily driver, especially for commuting and weekend trips.

It’s got that fancy head-up display, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay (both wired and wireless), and the 12.3-inch touchscreen is still fresh — I’ve used it for navigation, weather, even Google Street View. The navigation’s got TomTom live traffic, which helps when I’m on the road, and the car even knows when you’re speeding and warns you — that’s actually pretty handy.

I’ve got a bunch of smart features: blind spot warnings, lane keep assist, lane departure warning, forward collision warning, and even a system that can detect moving objects. There’s also a rear cross-traffic alert and a 360-degree view monitor — super useful when parking. The automatic headlights and adaptive beam are great in changing weather.

Inside, it’s got a full audio setup — 6 speakers, AM/FM, DAB, Bluetooth, USB ports all over — front and back. The rear seats are a bit roomy with three bench seats in the second row, and there’s a decent amount of storage: coat hooks, luggage hooks, and even a 12V socket in the dash.

I’ve kept it well-maintained — regular servicing, all the safety features working, and the body is in great shape. The only thing is, I’ve recently moved to Clayton-Bradford, Bradford, so I’m not around as much as I used to be. I’m not selling it because I don’t need it — I just need to part ways with it now.

It’s a bit of a long-term keeper, and I’ve actually been thinking about getting into something a bit more practical. The price is £22,705.20 — it’s not the cheapest, but it’s what it is.
