Parker Knoll Burghley Model Armchair

Got this Parker Knoll Burghley model armchair sitting in my Newcastle, Tyne and Wear apartment – it’s one of those pieces that just feels solid and stylish. The fabric is a bit worn at the edges, but nothing major, and it’s still very comfortable to sit in. It’s a proper quality piece, well made and sturdy. Height to top of cushion is 96cm, depth 100cm, and the seat width is 85cm – good for a classic armchair that doesn’t take up too much space. I’m just letting it go because I’ve moved into a new layout and it’s not quite fitting the current space anymore. It’s not brand new, but it’s been well looked after and still looks great. If you’re into solid, elegant seating with a bit of character, this might be worth a look.
