Got this old loft hatch and ladder after doing a bit of renovation in Radlett, Hertsmere. The mechanism works fine, ladder’s sturdy but a bit worn from years of use. Took it down when we rewired the loft, so it’s been sitting in storage. No damage, just needs a bit of a clean and a bit of oil to the hinges. Collecting from Radlett – no hassle, just bring a bag and a bit of time. If you’re handy with tools, it’s a solid bit of kit to have around.
