So I’ve been keeping this car for a few years now — it’s a 2018 Seat Leon ST TSi, 1.5 TSI, 130PS, with the sporty midlife update. Midnight Black with half-leather sports seats, which I’ve actually loved — feels quite nice to drive, especially on the highway.

It’s got Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, which I use all the time, and the sat-nav’s good — I’ve got it set up with my local routes. The interior’s clean, the seats are still in great shape, and I’ve had it serviced regularly over the years. The car’s been through a full AA check, HPI clear, and I’ve got 12 months of AA breakdown cover included — no surprises there.

It has all the safety stuff: ABS, ESC, TCS, XDS, front assist, parking sensors, and even a tyre pressure warning light. The 17-inch alloy wheels look sharp, and the body-coloured mirrors and door handles give it that sporty feel. The climate control, cruise control, and driver’s seat adjustments are all handy — I’ve used the driver’s lumbar and seat height quite a bit.

I’ve got a remote central locking system with two keys, and the boot has storage net and cargo rings. The seats fold 60-40, and there’s a storage box under the driver’s seat. The car also has DAB radio, a trip computer, and a low fuel warning — all the basics covered.
