So I’ve got this Xbox 360 S (RGH3 Trinity model) that I’ve been using for a while now, and I’m finally putting it up for a bit of a change. I did a proper mod on it myself — not the flashy kind, but a clean, solid RGH3 upgrade that gives it the same feel as a retail console.

It’s got a 2TB hard drive, full power supply, wireless controller (with Hall-effect analog sticks — those are a bit more responsive and last longer), and an HDMI cable. I’ve cleaned it inside and out, applied premium thermal paste so it runs cool, and made sure the controller’s been cleaned and upgraded for better feel.

The mod is fully tested — I’ve played it for over two hours straight with no issues, and it boots up smoothly every time. The console comes with Aurora Dash and Launch XEX menu pre-installed, which makes navigating games easier.
