1 bed bungalow in Hardwick

Hey, I’ve got this little bungalow in Hardwick that’s just been fully renovated — new kitchen, new bathroom, laminate floors all the way through, smart boiler, and the patio and garden have been totally revamped. It’s a semi-detached, and the front area is big enough for a table and chairs, with a fence, so it’s pretty private.

I’m looking to swap it out quickly — I’ve got health concerns and really want to be close to a supermarket and a doctor. So I’m aiming for something in the same area, or nearby, ideally with a garden. I’d prefer council-owned housing, though I’m open to housing association if there’s a garden. A bungalow with garden, a house with garden, or a flat with a large balcony would work — I’ve got pets, so that’s a must.

I’m especially looking at places like Barhill, Cambourne, Cottenham, or central Cambridge/St Ives — but I’m happy to consider others too. If you’re in the market or know someone who might be, let me know — I’d love to swap ASAP.
