So I’ve been keeping this car for a few years now — it’s a 2015 Kia Ceed, 2-litre petrol, manual gearbox, hatchback. It’s not flashy, but it’s solid. I bought it back when the market was still warming up to the Ceed, and honestly, it’s held up well.

It’s got alloy wheels (which aren’t just for looks — they actually make the car feel more responsive), air conditioning that works well even on hot days, and a decent stereo with CD player, aux, and USB. I use the Bluetooth connection a lot — keeps my hands on the wheel and my phone in my pocket.

There’s also rear parking sensors, which I’ve found super handy when parking in narrow streets — especially when I’m getting it out of the garage or in a tight spot. I’ve got a WSG warranty on it, and it’s been covered by 12 months of AA breakdown cover. No major issues, just regular servicing.
