Got this little Clio back in 2006, and it’s been a solid workhorse ever since. It’s a 1.4 petrol DYNAMIQUE with 5 doors, 5-speed manual, and runs smooth as a silk. Only done 67k miles, and the bodywork’s kept spotless for its age — no dents, no rust, just clean and tidy. Starts up every time, runs perfectly, no strange noises or knocking. The dash is clean — no weird lights, no dashboard warnings.

It’s got a full logbook, V5, and I’ve kept it well looked after — 12 months MOT recently, and no major issues. Fuel economy’s been excellent, I’ve only ever topped up when I needed to, and it’s one of the cheapest cars to insure and tax. Two keys, FM/CD player, dual climate control, A/C, and ISOFIX seats — all good and usable. Tyres are solid, and it’s been in regular use but never abused.

I’m moving to Port Talbot, Neath Port Talbot, so it’s staying put there. It’s not flashy, but it’s reliable, practical, and actually drives really well. I’ve only ever used it for daily commutes and short trips — no long hauls. If you’re looking for a low-maintenance, no-nonsense car that just works, this one’s been a real gem.
