Description
Got this Volvo C70 convertible from 2006 — it's a 2.4L petrol, automatic, and totally ULEZ compliant. Starts up every time and drives smoothly, gearbox is solid, engine runs great — would say 10/10. The body has a few scuffs, nothing major. Brakes were recently rebuilt with new discs and pads, and the tires are all good and in good shape.Last week, on my way back to work, the hardtop just stopped working — so the roof’s not opening anymore. I’ve already got a mechanic booked for this weekend, hoping to get it sorted. It’s been a bit of a setback, but I’m not giving up on it.
It’s been in my garage in llantwit-major, Vale of Glamorgan, and I’ve only driven it a few times a week — mostly short trips. Price is £1,305. Still, if it’s fixed, it’ll be back to normal. Just wanted to share the story — it’s not perfect, but it’s reliable and has character.
