I’ve got a single room available in a shared home in Lancing, Adur — not far from Winchester. The place is tidy, well-kept, and super relaxed. No drama, just people who take care of things.

- 3-minute walk to the bus stop — easy access to the city centre and train station
- Close to Winchester Hospital — handy if you work in the NHS
- Just a short drive from the M3

- My room is fully furnished: bed, wardrobe, mattress — everything you need
- Shared kitchen, living room, bathroom, and garden
- Superfast WiFi (no buffering, no lag)
- All bills covered: water, gas, electricity, council tax, internet — no surprise charges
- Max 3 people in the house at any one time — keeps it quiet and manageable
- There’s a car parking space if you’re driving

📜 House rules:
- No smoking or drugs (we’re all trying to keep it clean and safe)
- Keep noise down — especially after 9pm
- Guests are allowed, but only for short stays and with advance notice

💰 Rent and deposit:
- £460 per month for the single room
- Deposit is one month’s rent
- Move-in from 15th August
- Need to stay for at least 2 months
