My 2009 Golf hatchback is still running great — I’ve had it for a few years now and it’s been really reliable. I just had a new clutch and gearbox fitted about a month ago, so it’s been properly sorted and everything’s working perfectly. MOT’s valid till April, so no worries there. It drives smoothly and doesn’t make any weird noises. I bought it as a first car, and the insurance is super cheap — actually, it’s been a real joy to keep on the road. It’s currently parked in hertford, East Hertfordshire. I’m not sure how much it’s worth, but it’s been sitting in the garage for a while and I’m just getting rid of it now.
