I’ve got a double room available right now for someone looking for a quiet, tidy place to live. It’s a pretty solid space — 7m x 3.5m — and everything’s included: rent, internet, utilities, and even a bit of a tidy bit of a kitchen and bathroom.

The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, table, and bedside cabinet. I’m flexible on whether it’s furnished or not — just let me know what you’d prefer.

It’s been refurbished a couple of years ago — new carpet, new boiler, central heating, and fast internet. There are plenty of nearby supermarkets like Aldi, Lidl, and charity shops, which is a nice bonus.

The flat’s just a short walk from Boscombe center, with easy access to shops, pubs, cafes, and restaurants. There’s also a regular bus service to Bournemouth center, and a night bus too. The beach is about a 15-minute walk away, and Bournemouth Square is 30–40 minutes on foot or 15 minutes by bike.

Free on-street parking is a few minutes down the back streets — handy if you’re into walking or cycling.

I’ve got two friendly, hard-working housemates who are professionals and really keep things clean. I don’t want to mess up the calm, tidy vibe, so I’m looking for someone who’s respectful, clean, and not into loud parties. No couples, no drugs, no partying — just a chill, considerate tenant.

Smoking is only allowed outside, no smoking inside.
