2025 Ford Focus 1.0 EcoBoost Hybrid ST-Line X 5dr Auto Estate
Description
So, I’ve been driving this 2025 Ford Focus EcoBoost hybrid for a few months now, and honestly, it’s been a real pleasure. It’s got that ST-Line styling – the sharp grille, the body kit, the spoiler – and it looks pretty sharp in tranent, East Lothian. It’s a hybrid, so it runs on petrol but also has that mild electric assist, which helps with city driving and makes it feel a bit more responsive. The 12.3-inch screen is solid – I use it for navigation, Apple Carplay, and Android Auto, and the sound system is actually pretty good with 10 speakers and BandO Premium Audio.
Inside, it’s roomy for a Focus – three rear seats with decent headroom, and the second row has a nice bench. The seats are full sensico upholstery, and I’ve got the heated rear window and a quickclear heated windscreen – really handy when it gets chilly.
There’s a lot of safety tech: automatic emergency braking, lane keeping assist, side airbags, and even post-collision braking. I’ve used the parking sensors a lot, and the auto-hold feature has saved me a few times when I’m stopping at traffic lights.
The wheels are 18-inch pearl grey with a high-gloss finish, and I’ve got a spare in the boot. The doors open with one touch, and the mirrors are heated with puddle lamps. There’s also a wireless charging pad, which is a nice touch.
It’s got all the standard bits – keyless entry, remote start, central locking, and a full safety package. I’ve had it serviced regularly, and the service indicator hasn’t triggered yet.
I’ve only driven it around the local area, mostly in tranent and nearby, and it’s been reliable. The price is £22,945.50 – not too bad for a car that’s been mostly used for daily commuting and weekend drives.
It’s not flashy, but it’s practical, safe, and just about everything you’d want in a modern hybrid. If you’re looking for something reliable with good tech and a solid build, this one’s worth a look.
