Hey, I'm letting out a double room in Coniston, Westmorland and Furness — it's a real quiet, peaceful spot with a double bed and wardrobe. The landlord’s a Muslim professional and keeps the house strictly pork and alcohol-free, so if you’re comfortable with that, it’s a great fit.

It's a 3-month rental start, then it rolls monthly after that. Anyone’s welcome — all nationalities and genders — as long as you respect the rules and keep yourself tidy. No couples, just one person per bedroom.

The room is right near the duck pond and there are parks and local shops close by — fish & chip shop, barbers, mini supermarket — and the high street is less than half a mile away.

Public transport is handy: 89 bus stops just outside the house, Smethwick Rolfe Street train is 0.4 miles, Galton Bridge is 0.7 miles, and The Hawthorns is 1.1 miles.

If you're a student and need a place to stay, this could be a good fit. Just need a passport copy, three months of pay slips, references, and proof of transport access.
