- 90–100 people: 4,500–5,000 sq ft, from £63,000/month

The office comes with everything: air conditioning, bike storage, breakout rooms, high-speed fibre broadband, tea and coffee, meeting rooms, phone booths, lockers, a quiet wellness room, shower facilities, and a café. There’s also a kitchen and a postal collection point. Video conferencing is set up too.

It’s located on Rumworth Road in Lostock — super central. Just a 1-minute walk from Fenchurch Street station, 7 minutes from Cannon Street, and 3 minutes from both Tower Hill and Tower Gateway tube stations.
