Description
I’m selling my MIWE Aero convection ovens — they’re all used but still work perfectly fine. I’ve got six of them, each about 15 years old, and they’re solid quality, made in Germany.Each one has a prover, two baking chambers (each with four tray supports for 60x40 cm trays), and an integrated hood. The ones I’ve used regularly have steam injection and a programmable system — handy for baking and steaming.
They’re not just for baking though — I’ve used them for everything from bread to roasting meats and even steamed veggies.
They do need 3-phase power and a water connection for steam (plus a wastewater outlet), so if you’re planning to use them, you’ll want to check that’s available.
I’ve kept them well maintained over the years, and they’ve been in regular use in my kitchen, so they’re still reliable. I’m getting rid of them because I’ve moved to Dorset, England, and don’t need as many anymore.
