I’ve had this 2019 Citroen C3 Feel for a few years now and it’s honestly been one of the most reliable little cars I’ve ever driven. Only 24,000 miles on the clock, so it’s been well looked after and still runs smooth as silk. The 1.2 PureTech petrol engine is efficient – I’ve got about 52 mpg, which is great for a small hatchback.

Inside, it’s got all the basics you’d expect: Bluetooth, USB port, and a mirror screen with Apple CarPlay and MirrorLink, so I can just plug in my phone and use it like I’m on my phone. Aircon works well too, which is a big plus in the summer or when it’s chilly.

It’s a low insurance group, low CO2, and not a big expense to keep running. The only things I’ve got on it are safety belt pretensioners, which I know are standard now, and I’ve kept it clean and simple.

I’m moving to Barrow-upon-Humber, North Lincolnshire, so it’s not going to be around much longer. It’s been my daily driver for years and I’m not planning to keep it, so if you’re looking for something practical, low-maintenance, and not too flashy – this one’s a solid pick.
