2010 Audi S3 Black Edition Sportback 8P Quattro

Description

Got this car back in 2010, and it’s been a solid driver ever since. It’s a black edition Sportback with all the usual Audi trappings — full quattro, 6-speed manual, panoramic roof, auto DRLs, rain sensors, parking sensors, heated leather seats, Bose sound, and sat-nav. The interior’s got that 2-tone leather with OEM armrest, and the rear has factory smoke tints.

It’s been properly looked after — Haldex service, cam follower work, full service with iridium plugs and Quantum 5W40 platinum oil, rocker cover gasket, new APR coil packs, Bosch lambda sensor, and a fresh pcv valve with new pipes and gasket. Recently did a clutch slave cylinder and oil pickup pipe upgrade — all done yesterday. Also had an ABT tuning plate, Maxton front splitter, Heko deflectors, and a black honeycomb grille with yellow S3 badges to match the calipers.

The engine’s been rebuilt at 85k in 2022 — Carrillo forged pistons, ported and polished head, balanced crank, new APR shells, head bolts and studs, new head gasket, machined lightened singlemass flywheel, Vis freewheel mod, and balance shaft delete. Genuine Bosch 200bar fuel pressure sensor, RS4 fuel return valve, Blue APR coil packs, GFB DV+ diverter, full RevO induction kit, upgraded turbo actuator, Forge front mount intercooler with Forge bottom hoses, and a full Miltek exhaust with sports cat and backbox silencer — it sounds great, just a few pops when you shift.

Brakes are a big Porsche setup, freshly painted gloss yellow with new S3 stickers. 19” RS3 8P alloys, 4 new matching tyres — last rotated 5k miles ago.

It’s got 95k on the clock, fully HPI clear, 1 key, and runs well. I only kept it as a temporary solution while my BMW was being fixed — now it’s back on the road and I don’t need it anymore. It’s been well-maintained, runs clean, and feels great on the road.
