Got this York 20kg cast iron dumbbell set sitting in my garage in alcester, Stratford-on-Avon — just cleaning it up and thought I’d part with it. It’s a solid, well-made set with 2 x 14” chrome dumbbell bars, 4 x spinlock collars, and 12 cast iron plates (4 of each 0.5kg, 1.25kg, and 2.5kg). The spinlock system makes it easy to swap plates on the fly, and the knurling on the bars gives a good grip — doesn’t slip, even when you’re sweating. I’ve used it for home workouts, from strength training to fat loss stuff, and it’s held up well. Works great for upper and lower body exercises. I’m not selling it for a lot — just £22.50 — and it’s only collection, no shipping. If you’re into home fitness and want something durable, this is a decent option.
