man and van for moving flats and stuff

So I’ve been doing a bit of moving around, and I’ve got a van I’ve been using for flat moves and stuff — it’s been great for student moves, room swaps, or just getting furniture from one place to another.

I’m based in Rhayader, Powys now, so if you're local and need a reliable, no-nonsense man and van for a move — whether it’s a flat, a room, or just some boxes — I can help.

I’ve moved a few things myself, and I’ve seen how stressful it can get, so I’ve learned a few things:
- Furniture (beds, sofas, cabinets) can be lifted and handled safely — I’ll even take it apart and put it back together if needed.
- Appliances like fridges and washing machines get treated with care — no dents or damage.
- I’ve done odd jobs too — like moving bikes, pianos, or even small construction gear.

The van’s been fully insured, and I’m happy to help with last-minute moves (as long as it’s at least an hour’s notice). I’ve got a couple of vans on hand if you need more space.
