2019 Renault Captur 1.3 TCe Energy GT Line SUV
Description
I’ve had this 2019 Renault Captur for a few years now, and it’s honestly one of the most reliable little SUVs I’ve ever driven. It’s a manual, so it’s not fancy, but it’s got that satisfying gear shift feel — especially on the highway. It’s been with three different owners before me, and I’ve kept it well looked after. The interior is clean, the seats are still comfy, and the cabin doesn’t smell like old car or dust — just fresh and tidy.
Fuel economy’s actually pretty good — I’ve averaged around 55 mpg, which is a big win if you’re trying to keep costs down. It’s not huge, so it fits easily in city traffic and parks without any drama.
Safety’s solid too — ABS, airbags, electronic stability control, and all that. I’ve never had a scare, and I’ve driven it in all sorts of weather.
There’s a keyless entry, Bluetooth, and a touchscreen that’s easy to use — not flashy, but works smoothly. I’ve never had to fight with the system, which is a relief.
I bought it in Goring-by-sea, on Goring Street, and it’s been parked there since. It’s not flashy, not flashy at all — just a solid, practical car that does what it’s supposed to.
It’s worth £10,125, but I’m not saying that out loud — just something I keep in mind.
If you’re looking for a no-nonsense, dependable SUV that doesn’t break the bank, this one’s been around the block and still runs like it should.
