2016 Jeep Wrangler Convertible Overland CRD
Description
Got this car in 2016 straight from Nene Overland, still feels like a proper family car even though it’s been a solid daily driver. Never actually off-roaded, so it’s been kept in great shape with no rough use. The 2.8 diesel CRD with 200hp is smooth on the motorway and handles well – I’ve used it for long trips, weekend getaways, and just getting around. It’s got all the factory extras: automatic headlights, cruise control, stability control, Bluetooth, touchscreen with radio, DVD, CD player, sat-nav, traction control off button (super useful when recovering a camper on the beach – I’ve used that a few times), hill start, air con, and power points all over. The boot has a big subwoofer – yeah, I know, it’s not a luxury, but it’s loud and fun when I’m listening to music.
Bf Goodrich tyres fitted last year, LED headlights and a light bar that turns night into day. Rhino roof rack bolted to the roll bar – great for camping or mounting a roof tent. One small thing: there’s a tiny scuff on the front bumper corner, and the reverse camera has a broken wire so that’ll need replacing. Otherwise, it’s in excellent condition and drives really well.
I’ve lived in Uppingham, Rutland for a few years now and it’s been my main car. Honestly, I just can’t keep it any longer – not because it’s not good, but because I’ve moved on. Serious enquiries only, and I’m not looking for a quick buyer. It’s a solid, reliable car with a lot of life in it – just not one I can keep. Price is £16,200, but I’m not saying that in the title.
