The flat’s been fully updated – new fitted kitchen, a freshly renovated toilet, and a lovely living room with two leather sofas and a TV (Netflix and Virgin are both on). All bills – gas, water, electricity – are covered. Council tax is included too, and there’s stable, reliable Wi-Fi.

It’s just a short walk from the bus stop, Upton Park station, East Ham High Street, Green Street, Newham Library, the leisure centre, and right next to Central Park – which is a real plus.

The housemates are great, the place is clean, and it’s super convenient for getting around.
