2016 Land Rover Discovery Sport 2.0 TD4 HSE 5-door Diesel Auto
Description
I’m selling my 2016 Land Rover Discovery Sport HSE – it’s been my go-to for family trips, weekend hikes, and just getting around without ever feeling cramped. It’s a solid diesel with the 2.0 TD4 engine, good power for the road and off-road stuff, and it doesn’t get too noisy even when you’re pulling up a muddy track. The HSE trim means it’s got a bit of luxury in there – leather steering wheel, heated front seats, a good climate control setup, and a clean, modern interior. I’ve kept it well maintained, so it’s still in great shape overall. The seats are comfy, the second row slides and reclines easily, and there’s plenty of space for kids or gear.
It’s got all the smart bits: terrain response, hill start assist, cruise control, automatic headlights, and even a rear view camera. The sound system is decent too – Meridian 380W with 11 speakers, and I’ve got the USB charging port right in the centre console. The alloy wheels are 19-inch split-spoke style, which look sharp and don’t show wear easily.
I live in Bideford, Northam, so it’s not far if you’re local. I’ve used it a lot over the years – for camping, work trips, and just regular driving – and it’s held up well. It’s not flashy, but it’s reliable and handles everything from city roads to rougher terrain.
I’m not looking to sell it fast, just getting it out of the way. The price is £10,345.50 – not a huge ask, especially for a well-maintained used SUV with all the features.
If you’ve been thinking about a capable, comfortable SUV that doesn’t take itself too seriously, this one might fit. I’ve been a regular customer at Motor Village, and I know they check every car properly – Experian, warranty, and all that. I’ve seen a few of their other models too – solid lot.
If you’re interested, I’m happy to chat or meet up. No pressure, just a real car, real use, real value.
