Ridley Fenix Red Road Bike
Description
I’ve had this Ridley Fenix Red Road Bike for a few months now and I’m finally getting rid of it. It’s a solid, well-built bike — the frame’s made from alloy with that diamond-shaped down tube, which gives it great strength and a bit of stiffness without being too heavy. I actually found it pretty easy to ride, especially on longer rides, thanks to the lightweight 22-inch frame and those 28-inch wheels that roll smoothly. The fork is a straight carbon one, which makes it feel really stable when turning — you don’t feel like it’s wobbling at all. Brakes are semi-hydraulic disc brakes, which are pretty powerful and give you good stopping power, especially in wet weather. Groupset’s a 2x10 Shimano Tiagra — decent, not flashy, but reliable.
It’s been tuned and set up properly, so it’s ready to go straight out the gate. I’ve fitted a new bar tape (can swap it out if you want something different), and it’s been ridden a few times, but still feels brand new.
I’m based in Yate, South Gloucestershire, so if you’re local and want to see it in person, just let me know. I’m happy to show it off — no pressure, just a bike I’ve been using and now want to part with.
Also, if you're into electric bikes, I’m open to swapping it for a Bosch-powered one — just say the word. Price is £1,125, but that’s not what matters — it’s just how it sits with me now.
