So, I’ve got a 3-bedroom first floor flat on Benson Road in Port Talbot, Neath Port Talbot — not Newcastle anymore, so just wanted to clarify that. There’s on-street parking too, which is handy.

To apply, you’ll need:
- A reference from your previous landlord
- A reference from your current employer
- Proof of ID (passport or equivalent) — non-UK residents will need a Right to Rent share code
- Proof of income (work contract, payslips for 3–6 months, and matching bank statements) to show you can afford the bills
- A guarantor who owns property — this is a big one, so if you can provide that, it’ll go a lot smoother
