I’ve had this 2014 Ford Fiesta Zetec for a few years now – it’s been my go-to car for everything from daily commutes to weekend trips. The 1.0 litre EcoBoost engine is quite efficient, gets around 66mpg, and doesn’t eat through the fuel like some other cars do. It’s a solid little hatchback with a roomy interior and decent practicality for a compact car.

It’s got front and rear parking sensors, which I’ve found super helpful when parking in tight spots, and the power fold mirrors make it easier to check my blind spots. The manual air conditioning works fine – not fancy, but keeps the cabin comfortable whether it’s hot or cold.

I’ve kept it well maintained and the CO2 levels are low, so it’s not a big environmental hit either. It’s a bit of a classic in the Fiesta range, and the Zetec trim gives it a bit more polish than the base models.
