Hey, I’m letting out a single bedroom in a quiet, tidy student house in Newton-Stewart. It’s a 4-bed place, currently only one room available — perfect for a full-time student looking for something affordable and hassle-free.

The house is in Watford Street, just a short walk from both Staffs Uni campuses (though I should note it's actually in Newton-Stewart now — not Stoke). It’s shared with three other uni students, all male, so it’s a solid, friendly vibe.

Inside: double beds, lots of storage (Ikea furniture — wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, shelves, desk, and a swivel office chair in each room). Every bedroom has an ethernet point and a wall-mounted smart TV. Kitchen’s well-equipped — fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and even a Ninja air fryer.

Lounge has leather sofas, a big flat screen TV, and a bar table for meals. Outside, there’s a covered seating area with a charcoal BBQ — great for evenings. On-street parking is available.

All bills are covered — gas, electricity, water, TV licence, and Virgin 1Gig fibre broadband. No admin fees, no deposit — just £100 per week (deducted from rent). No pets, no smoking, no kids — strictly students only.

Termly cleaning of shared areas is included. I’m the landlord, so you get to talk to me directly — no middlemen.

Available from August 2025, with a 10-month minimum term. Only one person can move in at a time.
