Got this Seagate 1TB hard drive lying around, never opened, just came out of a box and tested it thoroughly — works perfectly fine. It’s a solid, unopened unit, black colour, in the box as is. I’ve kept it for a while and it’s been sitting in a drawer, not used at all.
