Boardman Sport Road Bike – 54cm Frame – Mavic Wheels

Description

This Boardman Sport road bike is one I’ve had for years and actually ride quite a bit — still runs smooth and feels great. It’s a lightweight aluminium frame, 54cm size, which fits cyclists between 170cm and 178cm — so if you’re around 5'7" to 5'10", it’s probably right for you.

Original setup: Mavic wheels, Shimano Claris 16-speed (2x8) gearset, dual pivot brakes, and 700c alloy quick-release wheels with puncture-resistant tyres. The saddle’s still in great shape and everything works perfectly — brakes, gears, chain, you name it.

It looks stunning, hasn’t seen any major damage, and I’ve had it checked against the National Bike Register and police data just to be safe. I’ve used it regularly over the years and it’s always been reliable.

I’m based in Banstead, Reigate and Banstead, so collection by appointment only — no deliveries or couriers. If you’re local and want to see it in person, just give me a call.

Price is £180 — fixed, cash only, no best offers. I don’t do price drops or haggling, because I believe fair deals are about trust and honesty.

I’ve been cycling since I was young — my grandfather was a track champion, and both my parents were in the Cardiff 100-miler club. After retiring from finance, I’ve kept cycling alive, especially with a focus on wellbeing and recycling. I source bikes from auctions and trade-ins, and I’ve got receipts for every one.
