2016 Mercedes-Benz A-Class 2.1 A200d Sport (Premium) Hatchback
Description
So, I’ve been keeping this car for a few years now — it’s been through a few good miles, and honestly, it’s still in great shape. I bought it new back in 2016, and it’s had seven proper services since then, so it’s not just been driven — it’s been looked after. It’s got that South Seas Blue metallic paint — really stands out, especially in the rain — and the privacy glass means you don’t have to worry about people seeing in from outside. Inside, the seats are black ARTICO leather, which feels nice and isn’t too stiff. The 17-inch alloy wheels are sporty but not flashy, and the cabin is clean and well put together.
The engine’s a 2.1-litre diesel, which means it’s smooth and efficient — great for city driving or long trips without burning too much fuel. I’ve used it for everything from daily commutes to weekend getaways. It’s got a nice blend of comfort and practicality, with features like reversing camera, front and rear parking sensors, cruise control, and dynamic driving modes — you can switch between comfort and sport depending on how you’re feeling.
I’ve got Apple CarPlay and Android Auto set up too, so it’s easy to get around with your phone. There’s also heated seats, air conditioning, and a decent amount of storage — like a 12V socket in the boot and a couple of cup holders. The seats have a good amount of padding, and the rear has ISOFIX points for kids’ seats.
It’s Euro 6 compliant, so no issues with ULEZ, and I’ve had it fully inspected — HPI clear, no admin fees, and it’s got a full warranty and roadside assistance. I’ve also got a first aid kit and warning triangle in the boot, just in case.
I’m based in Stonehouse, Stroud, and if you’re interested, I can either have it delivered to you or you can come and see it — just let me know. It’s a solid, reliable car with a bit of character and a fair bit of practicality. If you're thinking of getting a diesel hatchback with a bit of premium feel, this one’s been worth the ride.
P.S. The price is £11,466 — I’ll send it over if you’re serious. Just ask.
