My dad got this one when he was first diagnosed, and it’s been a real help for him. It’s super simple – just lift the lid to play, lower it to stop – no buttons, no fiddling. It comes with some of his old songs already on it, and you can add new ones if needed. I bought it for £110, and it’s been a great fit for his routine. I’ve actually been using it myself a bit too – it’s just that easy to use. It’s not the most flashy thing, but it does what it needs to.
