I’ve got this hand wash basin from Parry — it’s the one I’ve been using on site for a while now. It’s stainless steel, no need for a water pipe, just fill the tank and plug it in. Takes a few minutes to heat up, then gives you a steady stream of hot water up to 42°C, which helps people actually wash their hands properly. It’s got rear wheels so you can move it around easily, and a foot pedal to turn the water on — saves a lot of water. When it’s done, it’s simple to empty and clean. I’ve had it for a few years now and it’s held up well. It’s a bit of a beast when it comes to new — I remember it was around £1200 back then, but I’ve kept it in good shape and it’s still working great.
