Juki DDL-7000A-7 1-Needle Lockstitch Sewing Machine
Description
I’ve had this Juki DDL-7000A-7 for a few years now and it’s been super reliable for my home sewing projects. It’s a 1-needle, drop-feed, direct-drive lockstitch machine with automatic features like thread trimming, backtack, and foot lift — all of which make sewing a lot smoother, especially when you’re doing a lot of repetitive work.It came fully assembled with the British RU/C wheeled stand, tabletop, drawer, and all the extras. I’ve used it regularly on fabrics like cotton, polyester, and wool, and it handles them well — no issues with tension or feed. The 13mm presser foot lift is easy to adjust, and the stitch length dial goes up to 5mm, which is handy for different projects.
I bought it used and it’s been well maintained, so it’s still running great. The first three photos are from the original supplier, the rest are mine. It’s not something I’m planning to use much anymore — I’ve moved on to a different setup — so I’m passing it on.
It’s in Whitehaven, Cumberland, and I can only collect it in person, cash only. The original price was £1,140, and I’d have to pay £550 to get it — it’s not a great deal, but it’s still in solid condition and worth having if you’re looking for a reliable industrial-grade machine for light to medium fabrics.
No fancy marketing here — just a real machine I’ve used, and I’m letting it go because I’ve got other projects now.
