Got this vibrapower machine sitting in my garage in newcastle-down, Newry. It’s got those arm pulls you can attach to work out your arms a bit more – good for getting a bit of intensity into your workouts. I’ve been using it for a while, works okay, just not the most compact setup. Also throwing in my old exercise bike for good measure – both are in decent shape, just not the kind of gear I’ll be using much anymore.
