This 2019 Land Rover Evoque Estate is a solid, well-maintained diesel SUV with a lot of practicality and a great driving feel. It’s got a full auto gearbox, 4WD, and all the safety features you’d expect from a Range Rover — including ESP and seat pretensioners.

I bought it a few years ago and have kept it well looked after. It’s got a fresh MOT and service (if needed), and comes with a 3-month warranty covering mechanical and electrical bits — plus a 12-month AA breakdown cover. There’s also the option to extend the warranty up to 24 months if you want.

It’s a bit of a beast in the back — plenty of space for gear, luggage, or a couple of people with a load. The cabin is quiet, the ride is smooth, and it’s reliable for both city driving and longer trips.
