Description

So, I’ve got a 2021 Renault Zoe GT Line with rapid charge – it’s an electric car, and it’s been through a bit of front and side damage. It’s currently in a salvage status, but it’s repairable.

I know this sounds a bit off-putting, so I just want to be clear: this isn’t a showroom car. It’s been through an insurance claim, and the details we’ve got online might not be 100% accurate. I’ve seen a few of these pop up on eBay and Gumtree, and the info gets copied and pasted without much context – so I’m just saying: if you’re looking at it, please go and see it in person.

I’d really recommend bringing a mechanic or a vehicle engineer with you. I can’t guarantee anything – no warranty, no promises about how it runs, or whether it’ll start again after a few tries. The damage isn’t something I’ve personally checked, and it’s not something you can trust from a photo or a quick description.

The car’s been stored at a salvage yard in Yate, South Gloucestershire, and it’s been through the insurance process. Some of the vehicles on the list might show up as HPI clear at one point, but they’ll eventually get recorded on HPI – so do your own check.

If you’re thinking about buying it, you’ll need to get it fully repaired before driving it on public roads. A MOT won’t mean it’s safe to drive – it might have been damaged after the test. You’ll need a new MOT once it’s fixed.

I’m not selling it as a "ready-to-drive" car. It’s a salvage vehicle, and you’re responsible for making sure it’s safe and compliant before you use it.

I’ve got a couple of people I can connect you with – Shaun and Dave – if you want to chat. Office hours are 9am to 4pm, Monday to Saturday. You can also call the office at 0115 9300505.

All payments are cash, debit, or bank transfer – no issues with that. If you’re paying cash, there’s a 2% handling fee, which I just want to be upfront about.

Deposits aren’t refundable, and if you don’t pick it up by the agreed date, we’ll just hold onto it and resell it.

I’m not trying to pitch this as a perfect car – I’m just trying to give you the real deal. If you’re up for checking it out, I’m happy to help you get there.

And yeah, it’s priced at £2,475 – but that’s not the point. The point is, it’s what it is, and you need to know that before you decide.

Let me know if you want to talk.
